William M Dankiw (Bill) lives and works in Olympia, Washington and has a long history of working with Individuals as an advocate, notary, and paralegal.
In 2003, Bill wanted to improve his knowledge, so he planned to take a few classes to improve on his business skills; while he was attending Centralia Community College he received an associate of technical arts in business management & marketing.
In 2009 Bill returned to college and receive a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in sociology and law at The Evergreen State College, while he was attending he served as an intern with the Thurston County Tenants Union.
After graduating he stayed on with the tenant union serving the public as a tenant rights advocate until the non-profit lost its funding and closed. While he was there he developed a passion for individual rights for those most vulnerable and wanted to do more to protect their rights.
In 2013. He later earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal at South Puget Sound Community College.
In 2019 Bill created TC advocates to provide notary services to the public and serve as a signing agent for mortgage loan documents, TC advocates also provides additional services in the areas of advocacy with landlord/tenant issues, providing information and referral services to seniors, disabled, and low-income individuals and provide paralegal services within the surrounding area.
Bill enjoys helping others with his training as an advocate, notary, and paralegal and looks forward to hearing from you and to see how he and TC advocates can help.
